Registration is one instruction and one account. Your key signs, the program derives a registry PDA from it, and from then on every buyback you declare hangs off that registry. The reference program runs on Solana devnet.

Registration writes a registry PDA derived from the signing key, and only that key can open or close buybacks under it afterwards. Connect the wallet that should hold the protocol authority.
